GSL Education is seeking a passionate and dynamic Science Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who is confident teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, and is committed to fostering a love for learning among students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, inspiring curiosity and enthusiasm for the subject.
  • Use excellent subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to support student progress.
  • Employ a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor and assess student achievement, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
