SCIENCE TEACHER REQUIRED FOR SEPTEMBER 2025

TEMPORARY, FULL TIME

SALARY: MPR + OUTER LONDON ALLOWANCE

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a progressive and vibrant school in the London borough of Bexley to hire a talented, temporary Science teacher from September 2025. This community school focuses on raising aspirations and unlocking the potential of every student. In 2019, 60% of Year 11 students achieved five or more GCSEs grades 9-4, including English and Mathematics. The school's Progress 8 score was 0.018. At A level, 96% of grades were A-E, with 30% at A-B and 63% at A-C. High achievement levels were also seen in Level 3 BTEC qualifications. In Summer 2021, students continued to make very good progress. The Sixth Form offers a wide range of courses at AS and A2 levels, as well as vocational courses at levels 2 and 3.
