Job summary

E-ACT Parker Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Teacher of Science to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity and a passion for learning. Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status or recognised equivalent.
• Degree in Subject Specialism.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive, purposeful and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons which engage, motivate and challenge students.
• Set high expectations for all students and promote excellent standards of achievement, behaviour and attendance.
• Monitor, assess and track student progress using academy and trust assessment systems.
• Establish and maintain high standards of behaviour in line with academy policies.
• Ensure that students with SEND, EAL and other additional needs receive appropriate support and challenge.
