Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging Science lessons to primary/secondary school students in accordance with the national curriculum
• Planning, preparing, and delivering differentiated lessons to accommodate students' individual learning needs
• Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Collaborating with other teachers and faculty to enhance the overall learning experience
• Participating in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences
• Taking an active role in the school community, including extracurricular activities and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience as a Science Teacher, preferably within a primary/secondary school setting
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability to cater to diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the classroom
