Science Class Teacher

Permanent position (match to payscale)

After Easter

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Science Teacher to start after Easter on a permanent basis. This position is in a mainstream secondary school in the Borough of Redbridge.

About the school and contract:

• You will be focusing on teaching KS3, 4 & 5 students.
• You will have LSAs to support you.
• 5 days a week

About the successful Science Teacher:

• Previous experience teaching Science to KS3, 4 & 5 students.
• Hold a relevant related degree.
• Ideally hold a teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS preferred) or equivalent.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive and innovative, with the ability to engage students in different ways.

To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
