Position Summary:

This role involves delivering engaging and informative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for science and equipping students with essential scientific knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality Science lessons that align with the national curriculum and the school's high academic standards.
• Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, curiosity, and a passion for scientific inquiry.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement personalized learning strategies to maximize individual potential.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and the wider school community to enhance the curriculum and contribute to extracurricular activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level, ideally across Key Stages 3 and 4.
