Reporting to the Head of Science, the successful candidate will be passionate about inspiring young people and delivering high-quality teaching and learning. The school has extensive outdoor facilities that enhance our broad and engaging science curriculum. Our department are very proud of the fantastic results: combined science 56% 9-7, 100% 9-4, separate chemistry 56% Grade 9, 97% 9-7. We have good links with industries in the area and have trips and visitors providing enrichment and science beyond the classroom for pupils.
