Responsibilities as a Science Teacher:

• Teach across the science disciplines: Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

• Encourage scientific curiosity and independent thinking.
• Track and support student progress with regular assessments.
• Contribute to curriculum development and department activities.

To be a successful Science Teacher, you will need to:

• Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Have prior experience teaching Science in UK schools.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom control.
• Be committed to student development and safeguarding practices.
• Hold a current enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
• Provide a full CV with a clear 10-year history, with any gaps explained.
