Protocol Education is recruiting a Teacher of Science for a fixed-term post at a well-regarded Sunderland secondary school, starting October 2026 and ending at the close of the academic year.
You will deliver engaging KS3/KS4 Science lessons, maintain high expectations, and support student progress. The role welcomes applicants with QTS or equivalent, secondary science experience, strong classroom management, and a collaborative approach.
Protocol Education is working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded secondary school in the Sunderland area to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science for a fixed-term position commencing in October 2026 and continuing until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop a passion for the subject and achieve their full potential. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
