About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEN Science Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. This role offers the chance to work within a specialist educational setting that champions an integrated and nurturing approach to learning. You will be instrumental in helping students re-engage with their education and thrive academically and personally.
The school supports young people aged 6 to 19 who have Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication needs, and sensory needs. SalaryThe salary for this position ranges from M1 - UPS2, £31,650 to £47,338 per annum, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
Essential CriteriaTo be considered for this vital role, you must meet the following criteria:
PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
Evidence of in-service training relevant to special educational needs
