Job Title: Science Teacher

Start Date: September 2025

Duration: Part time / Permanent

Rate of Pay: £168.00 - £232.00

We are working with a motivated Secondary School situated in the North of Cornwall. The school is committed to fostering a supportive and encouraging approach to the educational development of their students.

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Teacher of Science who can motivate and inspire pupils across both Key Stage 3 and 4 to join our forward-thinking Science department.

As a Science teacher, you would be responsible for delivering engaging and effective science lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring students achieve their full potential in science. This includes planning and preparing lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the wider school community. We seek a candidate who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom.

Experience of teaching Physics or Chemistry is advantageous but not essential. Relevant experience within another teaching role is also desirable. The right candidate will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and will support a positive attitude towards children's educational journeys.
