Science Teacher responsibilities:

• Teach engaging and inclusive Science lessons at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous)
• Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons or pre-planned lessons in line with curriculum guidelines
• Carry out marking, assessment and reporting on student progress (for longer-term roles)
• A strong level of classroom engagement and good behaviour management
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity and achievement

Science Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
• Experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools
• Strong subject knowledge across at least one Science discipline
• Passion for inspiring students and driving attainment
• Effective classroom management and commitment to safeguarding
