GSL Education are seeking a skilled Science Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in Rotherham. The successful candidate will join a supportive and well-resourced department committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.

As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will bring Science to life, inspiring students through practical experiments, real-world applications, and an enthusiasm for the subject.

Your Key Tasks and Duties:

1. Deliver engaging and dynamic Science lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in Science.
3. Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
4. Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. ECT are encouraged to apply.
3. Strong subject knowledge in Science.
4. Experience teaching Science to KS3 and KS4 students.
5. A passion for education and the ability to inspire young minds.
6. Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
