Pay Rate: £155 £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Full-time / Part-time

are currently seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Science Teacher to join schools in Rotherham (S60). This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers to deliver engaging science lessons across Key Stages and promote scientific thinking.

As a Science Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons covering biology, chemistry, and physics, helping students develop analytical and investigative skills.

Responsibilities as a Science Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and curriculum-compliant Science lessons across Key Stages.
  • Foster a love of science through practical experiments and interactive teaching methods.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Science curriculum.

Requirements for Science Teacher:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Specialism in Science or related discipline.
  • Recent experience teaching Science in UK schools is preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
  • A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
