We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join our team and help shape the futures of our students through inspiring and dynamic teaching.
As a Science Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in secondary Science, including GCSE and A-Level content.
Develop a curriculum that sparks curiosity, creativity, and academic excellence.
Promote a classroom culture rooted in care, structure, and high expectations.
Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support student progress and wellbeing.
Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning needs.
Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages student engagement.
Monitor student progress through regular assessment and feedback.
Contribute to whole-school initiatives, enrichment activities, and trips.
Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students in line with school policies.
Act as a form tutor and liaise with families, SENCO, and the multidisciplinary team.
A degree in a relevant subject
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Eligible to teach and work in the UK
Demonstrated success raising attainment in a secondary setting
Experience working with students with diverse needs is desirable
Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation
Resilience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
