Are you an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners?

Vision for Education is recruiting on behalf of several inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Kirkdale, Liverpool, who are seeking dedicated Science Teachers to join their teams from September 2025 (or sooner if available).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring educator who can deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, and who thrives in a collaborative teaching environment.

Role Responsibilities

Teach engaging and well-planned Science lessons across KS3 and KS4

Deliver content across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in line with the national curriculum

Monitor student progress through effective assessment and feedback

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Contribute to department planning and support extracurricular science initiatives where appropriate

Requirements
To be considered for this Science Teacher position, candidates must have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification

Strong subject knowledge across all Science disciplines

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A passion for teaching Science and encouraging curiosity in learners

An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
