Science Teacher - Ongoing Role - Lancaster


Are you a passionate Science Teacher looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and well-established secondary school? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join the school from May 2025 in an ongoing position with no fixed end date.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator who can inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. While the school was last graded 'Good' by Ofsted, they are keen to welcome a teacher with strong classroom management skills who can maintain high expectations for behaviour and engagement in lessons.


The Role:

  1. Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  2. Create engaging and practical lessons to inspire curiosity and a love for Science.
  3. Maintain excellent classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.
  4. Assess and track student progress, providing support where needed.
  5. Work collaboratively with the Science department to enhance teaching and learning.
