Job summary

TimePlan Education is seeking enthusiastic Science teachers to join partner secondary schools across the UK. You will teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics at KS3 and KS4/KS5 where available, plan practical lessons, assess progress and contribute to a supportive school community.

Applicants should have a degree in a science subject, a recognised teaching qualification, and classroom experience at secondary level.

Qualifications

• Overseas-trained teachers with a degree in a science subject and a recognised teaching qualification.
• Classroom experience at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge, with confidence delivering practical work and following lab safety procedures.
• Eligibility to work as a teacher in England.

Responsibilities

• Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics at KS3; KS4 combined or separate sciences as per specialism.
• Deliver practical science lessons and assess student progress.
• Contribute to a supportive school community and wider life of the school.

About the role

TimePlan Education is working with secondary schools across the UK to recruit enthusiastic, well-qualified Science teachers. You will teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics at KS3, with KS4 combined or separate sciences depending on your specialism, and KS5 opportunities in some schools. You will plan practical, engaging lessons, assess and track student progress, and contribute to the wider life of a supportive school community.
