Science Teacher | September 2025 Start | Bexley

A fantastic Secondary School, situated within the centre of the Borough of Bexley, is seeking a Science Teacher / Science ECT to start full-time on a permanent basis in September 2025.

The Headteacher is looking for an inspiring and committed Science Teacher / Science ECT to join their focused and supportive Science Department. Throughout the school, the importance of reading and literacy is highlighted, and the school is keen to hire a Science Teacher / Science ECT sharing this same passion.

This Secondary School was judged as 'Good' by Ofsted. The Sixth Form and the behaviour and attitudes of the students were found to be 'Outstanding'. • Delivering engaging and innovative lessons suitable for each age group
• September 2025 start - Permanent, Full-Time position
• Additional TLRs available: Key Stage Co-ordinator, Lead Practitioner, and more
• MPS1 - UPS + TLRs (amount dependent on experience)

Person Specification

• Must hold UK QTS
• An individual with the ability to collaborate with an ambitious group of Science Teachers
• Strong academic background (GCSEs, A-Levels, and Degree)
• A motivated Teacher capable of listening to and incorporating feedback
