The Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking an inspirationalScience Teacherto join a high-performing secondary school in the heart ofSE3 (Greenwich/Blackheath). The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver outstanding Science lessons acrossKS3-KS5, with the opportunity to teach your specialism at A-Level

  • Plan and deliver engaging practical experiments that bring Science to life

  • Monitor and track student progress, implementing intervention strategies where needed

  • Contribute to the school's STEM programme and Science enrichment activities

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)or overseas equivalent

  • Degree in a Science-related discipline (Biology, Chemistry or Physics preferred)

  • Passion for Science education and ability to inspire young minds

  • Strong classroom management skills and commitment to inclusive teaching

  • Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Science (desirable but not essential)

  • ECTs welcome- we offer a comprehensive induction programme
