Reeson Education is supporting a secondary school in Lambeth that requires a Science Teacher on a full-time basis from September 2025.

The Principal is looking to invite an enthusiastic Science Teacher with vision and expertise to join the school's dynamic Science department from September 2025.

The Role - Science Teacher - Secondary School - Lambeth - September 2025

The Science Teacher will be responsible for providing a friendly, stimulating, and inclusive environment in which every student can develop academically, socially, and personally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for academic progress and must:

  • Ensure that students are taught in line with the most up-to-date examination specifications
  • Adhere to the department's schemes of work
  • Keep records of students' attendance via SIMS
  • Follow the guidelines for high-quality teaching as defined in the Staff Handbook
  • Set, mark, and assess work as stated in the staff handbook
  • Utilize resources effectively, check student files, support learning, use ICT, and follow health and safety procedures
  • Manage classroom behavior according to the school's policies
  • Attend in-service training, classroom observations, and feedback sessions as requested by the Head of Department
