Job summary

Academics is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join our Chertsey team, delivering engaging KS3 and KS4 science lessons and supporting KS5 if desired. The role covers permanent, supply, or day-to-day contracts, with salary in the £34,397 to £52,489 per annum range for permanent staff, or daily rates £140-£160 for supply use.

You will teach Biology, Chemistry or Physics based on your specialization, hold QTS, and bring proven secondary-school classroom experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or another relevant Science subject.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification is essential.
• Experience teaching Science within a secondary school.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• Is passionate about inspiring young people and helping them achieve their potential.
