Mountainview High School is seeking a passionate science teacher for this well-established learning area. We have a warm whānau environment inside beautiful school grounds and well-resourced classrooms making Mountainview High School an ideal place to teach.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  1. Sound understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum including NCEA.
  2. Ability to teach up to Y13 level in either physics, chemistry or biology.
  3. Good understanding of health and safety practices in science laboratories.
  4. An ability to build relationships with students and high expectations for every learner in their classroom.
  5. A willingness to embrace our whānau culture.
