This ‘Good’, mixed comprehensive schools are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Science Teacher to work on an ad hoc basis with the possibility of longer-term roles for the right candidate. The Science Teacher will join a welcoming and supportive academy where you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and managing behaviour.

Requirements:

The desired Science Teacher will:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Be able to build rapport quickly with students
  • Be able to de-escalate challenging behaviours
  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and creative teaching strategies
