This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to make a positive impact on students' learning and achievement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience and specialism.
Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons that inspire and challenge students.
Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to the wider life of the Science department and school community.
Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
Be committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for students.
