We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Specialist to join London's Top Schools! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest or background in science to make a real difference in a classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of engaging science lessons across Key Stages KS3, KS4 sand KS5.
• Assist teachers in preparing and organising practical experiments and resources.
• Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce learning and boost progress.
• Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs in science.
• Help maintain a safe and well-organised science learning environment.
• Foster a love of science through curiosity, creativity, and positive encouragement.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for science and education.
• Holds an undergraduate degree from a Top 10 Uni in a Science subject (First Class Honours desirable)
• Is proactive, reliable, and eager to support students of all abilities.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous experience working in a school or laboratory setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
