Job summary

Queenscroft High School in Lichfield is seeking a SEN Teacher with Science (TLR) to deliver engaging lessons and support pupils with MLD in a specialist setting.

You will work closely with the school team to group and support pupils, modelling positive behaviours and safeguarding in classrooms and the wider school.

This permanent, 32.5-hour post offers professional development, a collaborative environment, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for students aged 11–19.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the whole school to support teaching and learning of pupils.
• Positively model skills and behaviours, upholding the vision and values of the school.
• Work under supervision of a responsible teacher in classroom or wider school.
• Support groups or individual pupils to assist in providing care, safety and welfare.
