• Deliver high-quality Science lessons that engage and inspire pupils.
• Lead and develop the school’s Science curriculum and assessment across all key stages.
• Support colleagues with best practice and resources to strengthen Science teaching.
• Monitor and raise standards in teaching and learning through the school’s SLA and professional reviews.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment and work collaboratively with the wider school community.
