Qualifications

• Support science teaching staff by preparing materials and equipment for practical lessons.
• Maintain stock, equipment and safe storage of materials.
• Assist with health and safety procedures and disposal of materials.
• Support staff and students in creating a safe, engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and technical support within the Science department.
• Work with teaching staff to prepare resources, materials and equipment for practical lessons, ensuring readiness and safety.
• Maintain stock and equipment and contribute to safety and maintenance of lab spaces.
• Support health and safety procedures and safe storage/disposal of materials.
• Be well organized and able to work both independently and in a team.
