Job summary

New Collaborative Learning Trust is seeking two Science Technicians to support the smooth running of laboratories for A Level Physics, Chemistry and Biology, plus BTEC Science. You will prepare equipment, assist with demonstrations, and maintain resources across all science courses.

The successful candidates should understand one or more of the subjects to A Level standard and have prior practical laboratory experience. This is a permanent post with term-time working.

Qualifications

• Understanding of one or more science subjects to A Level standard.
• Previous practical experience in a laboratory setting.
• Ability to prepare equipment and maintain resources for practical classes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and laboratories for practical classes across science courses.
• Assist with demonstrations and ensure equipment is ready for lessons.
• Maintain and manage science resources and stock levels.
