Science Graduate Teaching Assistasnt - Person SpecificationWe are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic graduate who:
- Holds a 2:2 or above in a Science or STEM-related degree (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Natural Sciences, etc.)
- Has a keen interest in education and supporting young learners
- Has previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, classroom assistant) – desirable but not essential
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, professional, and eager to learn
