Science Graduate Teaching Assistasnt - Person Specification

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic graduate who:
  • Holds a 2:2 or above in a Science or STEM-related degree (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Natural Sciences, etc.)
  • Has a keen interest in education and supporting young learners
  • Has previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, classroom assistant) – desirable but not essential
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is reliable, professional, and eager to learn
