Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Daily Pay: £89 – £100

Are you a recent Science graduate looking to gain valuable school-based experience before pursuing a career in teaching, education, or a related field? A forward-thinking secondary school in Audenshaw is looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Science Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Science teachers, support students with a passion for STEM, and gain first-hand experience of life in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons

Provide targeted 1:1 and small group intervention for students needing extra support

Assist in practical lessons, helping with equipment setup and safety

Encourage student engagement and confidence in science-based learning

Work closely with teaching staff to track progress and adapt support strategies

Ideal Candidate:

A recent graduate in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biomedical Sciences, etc.)

Passionate about science education and student development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, proactive, and keen to gain classroom experience

Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
