  • Consultative Account Management: Use your expertise to manage and develop a portfolio of accounts, creating customised solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Strategic Sales Growth: Leverage insights from KPI dashboards to identify and capitalise on opportunities, ensuring you consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • 360-Degree Sales Approach: Expand your account base through product sales, digital platforms, tailored demonstrations, and comprehensive services.
  • Build Long-Lasting Partnerships: Forge strong, mutually beneficial relationships that drive client and company success.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work with all departments to support and promote the growth of Henkel and Schwarzkopf Professional.
  • Brand Loyalty & Negotiation: Engage and motivate clients to enhance loyalty, using negotiation skills to strengthen commitments.
  • KPI Accountability: Take ownership of KPIs, tracking and reporting performance to ensure results.
