An independent arts university in Poole is seeking a Schools Liaison Coordinator to manage inquiries and support outreach activities with schools. You will be responsible for maintaining contacts, assisting in events, and collaborating with the marketing team on digital content. Strong organisational skills and a Level 3 qualification are essential for this role, along with a clean driving license and attention to detail.
We are seeking a Schools Liaison Coordinator to join our Brand, Marketing and Future Students department as part of our Future Students team.
The role requires excellent organisational skills as a diverse range of duties are undertaken, which means the postholder must be able to work pro-actively and independently, prioritising a range of tasks on a daily basis.
The post holder's tasks will include a mixture of administrative tasks, including the management of the schools' inboxes, maintaining the database of schools' contacts and assisting with the organisation and reporting of outreach activity for the Outreach Officer and Outreach Co-ordinator. Collaboration with the Marketing team to assist with the drafting, creation, delivery and reporting of the schools' newsletter and the development of digital content for the AUB website is also required.
This role includes supporting with the organisation and facilitation of on campus events for Schools, as well as supporting outreach activity in schools. Presenting to groups of students, promoting the AUB brand, and liaising with key stakeholders, both internal and external, may also be involved.
The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organisation skills, with keen attention to detail. A Level 3 qualification or above and/or equivalent experience, as well as experience working as part of a team, are essential. Previous experience creating digital content or communication campaigns would be beneficial. A full, clean, driving license is also essential.
This position involves working with children (under-18s) / vulnerable people and therefore requires compliance with the University's Safeguarding Policies, including the requirement for enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service clearance prior to the commencement of employment.
