Job Title: Schools & Football Coach - Berkshire and Surrey Area (Term Time Only)

Department: Schools

Reports to: Senior Manager, Operations & Business Development

Hours: 15 Hours (Term Time Only)

General Trust Accountabilities:

Main Purpose of Job: To provide PE coaching in schools for children in Key Stage 1 & 2, and deliver sports sessions to various age groups, including evenings and weekends in Berkshire or Surrey.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver sports sessions professionally, tailored to participants' abilities
• Build relationships with participants, staff, and parents
• Maintain records, risk assessments, and quality assurance documentation
• Lead delivery in partnership schools
• Participate in training and ensure equipment maintenance
• Report safeguarding concerns appropriately

Key Internal Relationships and Requirements:

• Senior Manager Operations and Business Development
• Minimum Level 2 sports coaching qualification, Safeguarding, Emergency Aid Certificates
• At least 2 years' experience in PE coaching
• Ability to work independently and in a team, excellent communication skills
• Experience in curriculum-based PE and after-school clubs
• Willingness to travel within West London using own transport
• FA Youth Modules
