We’re Hiring: School’s Family Support Worker
Location: Citywide, Liverpool
Contract: Full-time, Temporary
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We’re looking for a dedicated School’s Family Support Worker to join our Early Help Service team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide direct support to children, young people, and their families, helping them overcome challenges and thrive in their home and school environments.
The Role: As a School’s Family Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in working with vulnerable families and young people, providing support at an early stage to divert families from higher-level services. Your goal will be to help improve outcomes for children and families, including better school attendance, improved behaviour, and enhanced well-being. You will be the lead professional for families, coordinating support, and empowering them to make positive changes.
