Overview

Schools Engagement Officer

£27,000 per year

Full-time, 35 hours per week

Fixed-term contract for 12 months

Based in London / home and flexible working

Our client empowers people with the skills they need to succeed in life. They are now looking to for a Schools Engagement Officer to join them on a full-time basis on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you’ll be doing
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and support the delivery and marketing of the organisation’s membership and professional development for schools and Early Years settings.
  • Support the organisation’s membership offering by providing tools and resources for planning, staff knowledge development and classroom teaching.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality training and CPD for schools, including special events such as the annual primary conference.
  • Be responsible for supporting delivery and marketing activity, manage membership set-up processes across multiple platforms, and provide administrative support for a programme of primary CPD.
  • Be the first point of contact for queries, help keep content up-to-date, track financial and engagement data, and assist with event delivery.
  • Work from home under the flexible working policy with London-based requirements: be in London at least six times per year for team and organisational days or other office-based work.
What our client is looking for
  • Experience in administration and team support, plus use of contact databases and website content management systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in education sector, children’s literacy, or work with schools and teachers is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with online delivery methods such as Zoom and Moodle/Totara is useful.
