What you'll be doing:

Provide exceptional service to clients, manage client and contractual relationships ensuring compliance with company policies, and drive hospitality operations to exceed customer expectations. Generate sales leads and promote revenue growth with a focus on profit maximization.

Review business performance, ensure financial targets are met, and demonstrate commercial value to reports and leadership, aligning with the company's vision and strategy.

Who you are:

  • Experience in hospitality management with team leadership skills
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines
  • Experience in highly commercial, price-sensitive markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in sales growth and business retention
  • Background in foodservice or similar
  • Experience with budget management and profit & loss responsibility
  • Effective communication with senior stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness
  • IT and computer literacy
