Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full-time basis.

You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences, with a shift pattern across Mon to Sat (days), contracted to 44 weeks per year. The role offers progression within a company that invests in its people and recognises effort.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a catering environment.
• Holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job description

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world‑class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
