Job summary

Chartwells Independent is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations at our UK education sites on a 37.5 hour week, contracted to 44 weeks per year.

You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly, deliver high standards of food and customer service, and lead teams while maintaining health and safety standards. We offer progression opportunities and a supportive environment within Compass Group UK's education division.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' catering experience.
• Holds a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards

• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
• Have experience managing teams in a similar role
