Join Our Team as a Unit Manager

We're recruiting an experienced Unit Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. This role involves confidently overseeing all catering and service operations for Chartwells under Compass Group UK&I on a part-time basis, contracted to 32.5 hours per week.

Shift pattern overview:

• Monday to Friday: Full-time (Days)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervising teams to deliver excellent food and customer service
• Managing in-unit operations, inventories, budgets, and action plans
• Communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Identifying new service opportunities to increase sales
• Liaising with customers and internal teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training staff, leading by example
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance
