School Transport Driver - Vertas Group Limited
£12.73 per hour
Rougham, West Suffolk
25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
Monday to Friday; 6:30am-9:00am and 14:30pm-17:00pm

All relevant training provided, where necessary, subject to a Training Bond being signed.

The Role: We have fantastic opportunities for a Driver to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and want to make the difference, then apply for this role today. This is a key role transporting and providing a taxi service for special educational needs children to and from school.

Main responsibilities for the Driver:

• Transportation of children to and from school
• Ensuring the safe drop off of children on the school run
• Cleaning of the vehicle daily
• May be required to open and lock up sites

The School Transport Driver will have:

• Valid and current driving license clean of any points
• Hold or be willing to achieve a valid West Suffolk Council Taxi Licence
• Experience within a previous driving position
