Are you looking for a change from Health and Social Care, shift work, and nights? We are recruiting Support Workers and Healthcare Workers to work with children with learning disabilities.

Milk Education is recruiting on behalf of a special school in Bradford that caters to pupils with autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities aged between 11 and 19. The school is hiring a Child Support Worker for term-time only, working from 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible.

As a Child Support Worker, your responsibilities include supporting the class teacher with delivering lessons, engaging pupils, managing behavior, and assisting with feeding and changing as needed based on pupils' needs.

• Following school policies
• Assisting with care needs
• Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery

Child Support Worker Non-negotiables:

• Recent relevant experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities in care or education
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Maths and English GCSE grade C or above
