Location: Cambridge

Rate: £460 - £500 a week

Contract: Full-time, long-term (Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 3:30pm)

This School Support Worker role in Cambridge is a fantastic first step for graduates interested in careers in educational psychology, youth justice, counselling, mental health, or social care.

* Some experience (paid or voluntary) in youth work, support work, or education is beneficial-but not essential.

* A team player who is empathetic, patient, and committed to helping students thrive.

* Based in or able to commute to Cambridge reliably.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis to help them engage with learning in the education and training sector.

* Assisting in the delivery of tailored learning and behavioural support plans.

* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to create a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment.

* Providing emotional and pastoral support to help students develop self-confidence and resilience.
