Looking to gain hands-on experience working with young people with SEN as a School Support Worker in Ware?

If you're a recent Psychology or Criminology graduate eager to build real-world experience in a school setting, this is the ideal opportunity for you in Ware.

This full-time School Support Worker role in Ware is designed for graduates who are passionate about mental health, behaviour, and supporting vulnerable students in the education and training environment - especially those considering careers in:

  • Educational Psychology
  • Youth Work or Youth Justice
  • Counselling and Therapy
  • Social Care or Mental Health Services
