  • Therapy & Behaviour Support (Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapy Assistants, ABA or PBS Therapists)
  • Youth & Community Work (Youth Workers, Sports Coaches, Probation or Prison Officers)
  • SEND or Alternative Provision (SENDCos, Behaviour Mentors, Special Needs Teachers)

Whether you\'ve worked in residential care, youth offending, CAMHS, fostering, social work, the armed forces, or community outreach, you could make a lasting impact in a child\'s educational journey.

Ideal Candidates Will Have Experience In
  • Managing or de-escalating challenging behaviour
