(£25,563-£25,989) pro rata

Working pattern

Wednesday-Friday, 20.5 hours per week/39 weeks per year (term time only).

Person specification

We are looking for a candidate with a ‘can do’ attitude, flexible approach to working and to be able to work on their own initiative. You will be committed to improving the educational outcomes of our pupils and will undertake duties as required to support this aim. You will be able to work calmly under pressure and be an effective team player. Confidentiality is essential due to the nature of duties undertaken.

Responsibilities
  • School Receptionist (Wednesday)
  • To manage the school reprographics room including all photocopying, printing and laminating and stock control.
  • To operate the school uniform swop shop
  • Other general administrative duties commensurate with the grade.
How to apply

The vacancy is for 3 days a week (Wednesday-Friday) 20.5hours, on a term time only basis, working 39 weeks of the year. Your working hours would be:

  • Wednesday 8am-4pm
  • Thursday/Friday 8.30am-3.30pm
