Job summary

Clevedon School Sports Centre is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sports Centre Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our facilities, ensuring high standards of service for pupils, local clubs and community users.

You will lead staff on weekends and during busy periods, manage bookings using our membership databases, and uphold health and safety compliance to provide a welcoming, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong leadership and staff supervision in a busy sports facility.
• Provides high-standard customer service to pupils, clubs and community users.
• Good Maths and English; solid IT skills using Microsoft Outlook/Office and booking systems.
