Competitive Salary: GBP 13.68 - 15.00/hour (negotiable, based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

• Opening and locking up the school daily.
• Carrying out minor repairs and basic maintenance to ensure the site is safe.
• Coordinating contractors and supervising cleaning teams.
• Monitoring site security and health and safety standards.
• Being the friendly, helpful face of facilities for staff, students, and visitors.

• Experience in building/site maintenance or a similar role.
• A strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work.
• A good understanding of health, safety, and safeguarding.
• Reliable, organized, and great with people.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
