School Site Supervisor – Immediate Start

Location: Doncaster - with excellent transport links just off the M18 motorway.

Are you a dedicated and reliable individual looking to make a difference in a school community? We are seeking a committed School Site Supervisor to join our team of support staff at a secondary school based on the outskirts of Doncaster for a full-time, long-term role. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the education and training environment by ensuring the school premises are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Position: School Site Supervisor, Doncaster based

Hours: Alternating weekly shifts
Week 1: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Week 2: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Salary: £90.00 - £110.00 per day (depending on experience and shift patterns)

Key Responsibilities:

1. General maintenance and upkeep of the school premises.
2. Ensuring the school grounds are safe, clean, and welcoming; this includes sweeping, litter picking, emptying bins, etc.
3. Basic repair work and liaising with contractors when necessary.
4. Opening and closing the school, including security checks.
5. Assisting with the setup of school events and activities to support the education and training environment.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Previous experience as a School Site Supervisor or in a maintenance role (preferred but not essential).
2. A proactive approach to work with excellent problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
5. A commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
6. Able to commute to Doncaster.
